Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health management and care instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions.

Required Qualifications

1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience.
NIH Stroke Scale Certificate.
Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCRN) certification preferred.
Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred.
