We’re looking for a range of product developers and designers, from junior to senior, who are ready to get their hands dirty, innovate, and bring some truly amazing tactical gear to life with us. What We’re Looking For Passion for Tactical Gear: You should have a genuine interest in designing cut‑and‑sew products, nylon tactical soft goods, with a bonus if you know how to design hard goods. Bonus points if you’ve got experience sewing, making patterns, and incorporating laser cutters and laser cut laminate materials in your designs. Innovation and Problem‑Solving: We need someone who can come up with innovative fresh ideas that bring value to our Military and Law Enforcement customers and help us create products that fit into our AXL Advanced and VXV Concepts portfolios. We’re always pushing boundaries and looking for that next big thing. Hands‑On and Ready to Learn: If you’ve got amazing ideas but need to refine your skills, we’re open to helping you grow.
