eDiscovery Systems Manager

Leidos is seeking an eDiscovery Systems Manager to work on-site in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Be one of the first to dedicate your skills and talent to a newly formed division of the Department of Justice, National Fraud Enforcement Division.Primary Responsibilities:Serves are the primary point of contact for installing, running, maintaining, securing and upgrading any litigation support software in use at the organization including client apps, server apps and Cloud appsActs as the primary point of contact to stand up and maintain litigation support software in Cloud, Server and PC which includes RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, etc. in AWS, Azure or LAN.Assist in the migration of 1 PB of data from Relativity Server to RelOneManages all of the resources for the technical aspects of very large litigation support projects, particularly those with unique and/or complex requirements, from equipment, to staffing, to coordination and interconnection with other already existing systems.Actively coordinates with a variety of Government representatives, other contractors, and other project and Contractor components, anticipating problems, hiring and training staff, etc.Manages user help desk support, system and user documentation, system and user training.Oversees development of configuration management, risk analysis, and disaster recovery solutions, particularly for web hosted litigation data.Ensures that system and data security are adequately implemented and enforced.Consults with the government COR regarding scheduling of work, personnel assignments, priorities and progress reporting; plans, staffs, schedules, and develops cost estimates for work to be performed; and reports on progress.Directs and supervises staff; ensures conformance to functional requirements, technical design, and work standards; ensures successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control.Basic Qualifications:Possess substantial, in-depth skills and experience that clearly demonstrate the professionalism and capability to coordinate, monitor, manage, and ensure the successful installation, operation, maintenance, security and upgrade of litigation support software in use at a federal agencySignificant expertise in managing a large eDiscovery data migration including leading all migration support and services activitiesBachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of hands-on experience migrating litigation data from a server-based application to the cloud3 years managing either litigation support or technical projectsExperience within both Relativity Server and RelativityOne environmentsCapability to manage implementations within complex, multi-org government cloud ecosystemsExperience with ESI processing applicationsLeadership and management skills to include several years of first line management experienceSystems analysis skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsSignificant experience managing technical projects and/or migrations.Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Desired QualificationsExperience in implementing user support help desksExperience developing and deploying new applications to an established user groupExperience with ESI processing applicationsExperience in a litigation support environmentHands-on experience in a Windows office automation environment such as JCONTrial support experience a plusGraduate degree in computer science or information management/technologyPlease note: while the salary range is wide, the specific salary range for this position is going to be around $165,000.If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
