CRM Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a CRM Specialist to lead and oversee the daily management of CRM system functions within enrollment divisions, ensuring data integrity, effective communication campaigns, and alignment with enrollment and marketing objectives. Responsibilities Assist in developing and managing the integrity of all planned communication processes run through the CRM, including email and text message campaigns. Regularly create and maintain data reports to track communication effectiveness, enrollment goals, data integrity, and historical progress. Assist with and manage all internal CRM processes, including filter development/maintenance, bulk edits, exports/imports, and interest pages. Work closely with enrollment directors and other university offices to ensure accurate, timely data flow between the CRM and other enrollment and communication systems. Assist staff to troubleshoot and resolve all CRM problems. Collaborate with University communications and marketing to ensure enrollment communications are on brand and effective. Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Slate CRM(s) is preferred. Expertise with Excel is required. Knowledge of data analytics. Excellent time‑management, organizational, problem‑solving, and verbal/written communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary and benefits: Salary (non‑exempt). Benefits available.
