This role will start primarily focused on customer service and office support. Over time, the right individual will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales role and develop into a strong producer. What You’ll Do (Part-Time Service Role) Answer incoming calls and assist customers with policy questions and service requests Process policy changes, payments, and documentation Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-up Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service Help maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met Growth Opportunity This position is designed to develop into a full-time sales role.
