Family/Internal Medicine Physician (Primary Care) | Physician-Led Independent Practice

Calvert Internal Medicine Group (CIMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join its well-established, independent practice in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

Position Details:

• Full-time role with Monday to Friday schedule with rotating Saturday coverage (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), scheduled well in advance
• Adult-focused patient population
• Full-spectrum Primary Care services
• No urgent care procedures required
• Collaborative team culture focused on delivering exceptional patient care
• Strong referral network and access to multiple specialties
• Convenient proximity to Washington, D.C., Annapolis, and Baltimore

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $160,000 to $200,000 per year
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus is available
• Benefits include health, vision, dental, disability, PTO, retirement, and more
• CME of $1,500 provided per year

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
• Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
