They are currently hiring 3 experienced Tool & Die Makers to support continued production growth and new projects. The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges used in aerospace manufacturing operations. Candidates should have strong machining knowledge, blueprint reading abilities, and experience working within tight tolerances. Responsibilities * Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges * Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications * Operate manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses * Troubleshoot tooling and production issues to minimize downtime * Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges * Work closely with engineering and production teams on tooling improvements * Ensure all work meets aerospace quality and safety standards * Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications * 3+ years of Tool & Die Maker experience in a manufacturing environment * Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred * Strong knowledge of machining processes and precision measuring tools * Ability to work with tight tolerances and complex components * Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment The company is actively interviewing and looking to add 3 Tool & Die Makers to the team as soon as possible due to increased customer demand and company growth. . . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
