Health Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Plans available Criteria Assist Multilingual Learners during classroom instruction and small-group activities. Support students in understanding classroom assignments, directions, and instructional content. Reinforce language development strategies provided by the ESL teacher and classroom teachers. Provide individual and small-group academic support under the supervision of certified staff. Assist with classroom management and student engagement. Support students during assessments as permitted by their instructional plans and state guidelines. Help facilitate communication between school and families when appropriate. Maintain confidentiality regarding student records and information. Participate in professional development and training opportunities as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Principal or Supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or a minimum of 60 college credits preferred. Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Preferred Experience Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow instructional plans and teacher direction. Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting student success. Basic technology skills and familiarity with educational platforms.
