Estamos buscando un/a **Especialista en Marketing de Redes Sociales**, creativo/a y orientado/a a resultados, que nos ayude a hacer crecer nuestra marca, generar interacción con nuestra audiencia y ampliar nuestra presencia digital en múltiples plataformas de redes sociales.### **¿Qué harás?*** Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de redes sociales en **LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X y YouTube**.* Crear contenido atractivo, incluyendo **gráficos, videos, artículos y campañas promocionales**.* Gestionar el calendario de contenidos para redes sociales y mantener una **voz de marca coherente**.* Crear y fomentar comunidades online, respondiendo a comentarios y mensajes.* Supervisar las métricas, medir el rendimiento de las campañas y optimizar el contenido en función de los resultados.* Trabajar junto con el equipo directivo para promocionar **noticias de la empresa, oportunidades de inversión, eventos y contenido de liderazgo de opinión (thought leadership)**.* Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de redes sociales, actualizaciones de las plataformas y nuevas estrategias de marketing.### **¿Qué estamos buscando?*** **Más de 2 años de experiencia** en marketing de redes sociales.* Excelentes habilidades de **comunicación escrita y verbal**.* Experiencia creando contenido con **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite** o herramientas similares.* Experiencia editando **videos de formato corto** para redes sociales.* Sólido conocimiento de las **métricas de redes sociales y buenas prácticas**.* Persona altamente organizada, automotivada y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente en un **entorno remoto**.* La experiencia en los sectores de **bienes raíces, finanzas o inversiones** será considerada un plus.### **¿Qué ofrecemos?*** **100% remoto*** Salario competitivo* Oportunidades de bonos basados en el rendimiento* Horario de trabajo flexible* Días libres remunerados (**PTO**) y feriados de la empresa* Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional* Cultura de trabajo colaborativa y emprendedora---
