Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist: Elevate Patient Care

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at Elmhurst Hospital in a full-time role with a rotating AM/PM schedule and every 3rd weekend/holidays. The position emphasizes coordinating pharmaceutical care, implementing new workflows, and leading staff development to ensure safe, cost-effective therapies. Requirements include a Pharm D.
