Role Description The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the expansion of sales of existing and new customers. In this position, you will learn what the customers’ needs are and find suitable solutions to complement their applications. This position requires the employee to engage in sales, customer service, forecasting, monitoring account metrics, and extensive collaboration to create new opportunities for the department. Business travel (25%) is required to promote sales activities and provide customer support. Typically, travel occurs within the United States. International travel within North America is likely, whereas travel abroad is less common.
