Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Commerce City, Colorado. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and guiding patient recovery to facilitate effective community reintegration. Candidates are required to bring their current legal license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Commerce City, Colorado
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; Active applicable license for Colorado; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization; 6-month duration of previous outpatient experience is highly desired
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops goals focused on discharge within established length of stay, and documents in medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, maintains licensure and certifications, adheres to organizational safety and performance improvement initiatives, and emphasizes patient and staff safety.
