About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader and strategic business partner for its North Central Division. The successful candidate will be a key member of the division's leadership team, driving financial performance, and shaping strategic direction. This high-impact role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in full P&L management, FP&A, and a deep understanding of financial and operational performance improvement. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for owning and driving the division's P&L, leading financial planning and analysis, and modernizing FP&A capabilities. Additionally, the role involves leading M&A financial evaluations, supporting deal execution, and ensuring post-acquisition value realization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and CPA or CMA certification preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in regulated industries.
