In this role, you will service a variety of Novir clients in a variety of settings.This seasonal, per diem RN role combines vaccination with Team Lead responsibilities during the approximately six to eight weeks remaining in peak season. Shifts vary Monday–Friday within 6 AM–6 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or guaranteed hours; employees select available shifts, ideally three days per week, and must work the entire posted shift.Teams depart from and return to the Greensboro office in a company-provided or rental vehicle, with required shared driving that may involve several hours each way, multiple locations, and travel before sunrise or after sunset. RNs coordinate team preparation, clinic readiness, supplies and vaccine inventory, travel, setup, workflow, breakdown, and return-to-office duties while administering vaccines, supporting staff, serving as the community contact, completing documentation and reporting, and escalating concerns. Training includes supervised vaccination and Team Lead practice with competency sign-offs before independent leadership.Required Certifications:Graduate from an accredited school of nursingMust possess a current, active license to practice as an RN in North CarolinaWhat You'll Do:Complete a variety of vaccinations, biometric assessments, and phlebotomy tasksAddress all inquiries in a professional and courteous wayEnsure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needsAnswer client questions in accordance with company proceduresMaintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all timesAssist with any other clinic duties as required, including supporting other team members inclusive of our Health Care WorkersKey Experience We're Looking:3+ years in an RN rolePrevious experience in patient facing roleExperience with geriatric patientsStrong ability to communicate effectively across teams and clientsFamiliarity with PCC and other EMRsAbility to enter data accuratelyAbility to use Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and in house systemsAbility to drive between multiple clinic sites and have responsibility for various sitesPhysical Demands of the Role:The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds regularlyMust be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.Must be able to stand most of the day on concrete or hard floors.Physical ability to work around childrenRepeating motions that may include the wrist, hands and/or fingers.Physically traveling from one work site to anotherNovir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude.
