Valid driver's license (Non CDL, no commercial driver's license required) Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs as part of daily delivery and warehouse operations Available to work at least 1 weekend day per week Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes is a plus Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required Additional Information $21.35/hr WEEKLY PAY What You'll Do: Delivery Driver Responsibilities Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Loading and unloading your delivery vehicle with Amazon packages at the warehouse each morning Following a navigated delivery route to deliver packages safely and efficiently throughout the Paducah community Driving a cargo van or box truck safely as a Non CDL driver, following all local traffic laws and Avantt safety policies Using handheld technology to manage the delivery process and complete delivery routes on time Communicating effectively with dispatchers and customers throughout your route as a Delivery Driver Interacting with customers in a professional and positive manner Working 3 to 5 days per week with day shifts of 8 to 10 hours 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision Insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift This position offers competitive pay, starting off with $21.35/hr., and the chance to work in a dynamic environment.
