Key Tasks Oversee the development of the Site Implementation Management Plan (SIMP) Co‑chair working groups, conferences, and technical interchange meetings relevant to system implementation Develop implementation processes and workflows Develop and monitor the execution of implementation schedules Review implementation‑related deliverables (e.g., Site Survey Reports, Site Installation Plans) to ensure they meet contractual requirements Assign task responsibilities to contractor personnel supporting implementation activities Ensure that the contractor meets system delivery and implementation commitments Lead the implementation portion of the contractor's quarterly program reviews Identify, assess, and minimize implementation risks Key Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree Experience in installing, integrating, and maintaining end‑user telecommunications equipment Ability to work independently and communicate progress/issues to appropriate personnel effectively Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non‑technical management and staff, as well as customer management and staff Understanding of schematic and engineering drawings Understanding of government installation and acceptance processes and requirements Knowledge of basic PC hardware and software Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Health Savings Accounts • Competitive 401(k) Plan with company match and immediate vesting • Employee Life Insurance & AD&D • Company‑paid Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Generous holidays, including a full week off from December 25 to January 1 • PTO that scales with tenure and sick leave • Company‑sponsored team‑building activities to boost morale and productivity.
