- Assist the superior in the comprehensive management of company HR and administrative work.
- Develop human resource planning and carry out recruitment, training, compensation and performance management, and employee relations.
- Establish and improve the company's human resource and administrative management systems and policies.
- Oversee company culture construction and organize various corporate cultural activities.
- Assist with reception and external liaison tasks.
- Prepare and manage the annual and monthly administrative expense budgets.
