  1. Assist the superior in the comprehensive management of company HR and administrative work.
  2. Develop human resource planning and carry out recruitment, training, compensation and performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Establish and improve the company's human resource and administrative management systems and policies.
  4. Oversee company culture construction and organize various corporate cultural activities.
  5. Assist with reception and external liaison tasks.
  6. Prepare and manage the annual and monthly administrative expense budgets.
