Operations Lead: Germany & GDS Collaboration

The Chance The Operation Supervisor (Germany) will actively set up and keep constructive relationships with purposeful leaders of the Germany group, ensuring their priorities, points and issues are addressed timely. This role requires a hands‑on approach to achieving best‑in‑class supply expertise between GDS and EY Germany by fostering collaboration across varied departments and groups. Operation administration: Collaborate with cross‑functional groups across geographies, ensuring efficient relationships. Drive operational excellence, standardisation, and scalability across engagements. Monitor KPIs, SLAs and shopper‑satisfaction metrics across branches. Handle operational points raised by Germany and GDS Enablement Providers’ leaders. Support AI initiatives by coordinating particulars for the operation. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high‑performance culture. Relationship & stakeholder administration. Actively establish and maintain constructive relationships with current leaders and POCs across Germany and GDS, addressing issues promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for any points that arise, ensuring timely and efficient decisions. Establish a regular cadence with operation leaders and/or deputies to understand each operation’s scope and capabilities. Understand the priorities of each operation and aid alignment of Germany and GDS group priorities. Collaborate with potential partners and administrators in Germany to build fruitful relationships. Conduct workshops, conferences and training to reinforce integration between GDS and EY Germany. Facilitate standardisation and automation of processes across the field. Leverage capabilities to resolve operational and supply issues when they arise. Collaborate with departments such as DPS, Expertise, Service Excellence and GDS Finance to meet Germany stakeholders’ needs. Help Options for GDS: Provide high‑quality support in solutioning and developing new alternatives to strengthen GDS and Germany integration. Transformational initiatives. Monitor, report and manage key transformational initiatives to enhance collaboration between Germany and GDS. Expertise and Attributes for Fulfilment At least 10 years of experience in relationship administration for large supply capabilities, with proven documentation in building and maintaining relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse stakeholder behaviour and interpret enterprise data. Robust interpersonal skills to build and maintain constructive relationships with Germany stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective conflict resolution. Proficient in government displays to form mitigation plans addressing stakeholders’ issues. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage. Understanding of GDS areas and Enablement companies’ capabilities. Customer support‑oriented and a collaborative team participant. Most Well‑Liked Expertise and Qualifications Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer support, gross sales, enterprise growth or solutioning. Robust problem‑solving and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and planning skills.
