Productivity incentives: Salaried/Quality
Commencement Bonus $25,000
CME allowance $3000 + 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status)
Malpractice coverage with tail

What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative minded geriatrician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join a well established, collegial team
- Call structure: Minimal call, 1:9 weekends and weeknights
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered geriatric care that addresses the unique needs of older adults and supports their overall quality of life.
- Lead seamless collaboration with a robust multidisciplinary team, including specialists in pharmacy, neuropsychology, and social work, to ensure holistic patient support
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Shape the next generation of clinicians by actively teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Drive the academic and community mission of the Center for Healthy Aging through active participation in departmental activities.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
- Geriatric Fellowship required
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
