We offer competitive wages, quarterly bonus, paid time off, comprehensive benefits that begins Day ONE and paid training./ppWages:/pulli$19.00/hour for 1st shift/lili$20.52/hour for 2nd/3rd shift (includes 8% shift premium)/li/ulpAs a Forklift Operator at Caterpillar, you will:/pulliLocate and move products to storage or the assembly line in a safe timely manner./liliAbility to inspect and perform regular maintenance to forklift as necessary./liliUse of RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory./liliAbility to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification through proven operation of equipment./liliMay rotate to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related activities./liliFollows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work./liliMay investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies and notify appropriate personnel of results or required actions./liliAbility to identify damaged material and report shortages or quality deficiencies./liliIdentify and correct or report safety hazards in the work area./liliEnsures grief and receiving processes and procedures are updated and communicated./li/ulpWhat you will have:/pulliAt least 6 months of warehouse operations experience/liliAt least 6 months of stand-up forklift and/or cherry/order picker experience OR a current Caterpillar Sanford forklift license/li/ulpPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):/pulliMust be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes/liliMust be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor/liliMust be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures/liliMust be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes/li/ulpShift Schedules:/pp1st Shift/ppMonday Friday: 6 am 2 pm/ppMonday Thursday: 6 am 4 pm/ppMonday Thursday: 6:30 am 4:30 pm/pp2nd Shift/ppMonday Friday: 2 pm 10 pm/ppMonday Thursday: 2 pm 12 am/ppMonday afternoon Friday morning: 4 pm 2 am/pp3rd Shift/ppSunday night Thursday morning: 10 pm 6 am/ppMonday night Thursday morning: 7:30 pm 5:30 am/ppAdditional Information:/ppResumes are highly encouraged.
