We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time contract opportunity working 1:1 with a student. Key Qualifications: Active LVN or LPN license for California Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred Must be proficient in diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Commitment to supporting students health, safety, and well-being Primary Responsibilities: Offer direct 1:1 support for a student requiring ongoing diabetic care and health monitoring throughout the school day Administer medication and perform necessary medical procedures according to the student's care plan Document health interventions and update relevant records in compliance with school policies Collaborate with educators and school health teams to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment Respond promptly to medical situations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Enjoy a highly competitive compensation package, including weekly pay, comprehensive insurance options (medical, dental, vision, life, and more), a matching 401k, and access to a flexible spending account.
