Assoc Analyst IT Support

We are seeking an Associate Analyst IT Support to provide training to users and troubleshoot technical problems with hardware and software. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support, addressing day-to-day business needs promptly and professionally Troubleshoot and resolve daily hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for employees Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot physical hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, and peripheral equipment Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure optimal performance and security Manage the hardware procurement process, including sourcing, obtaining quotes, and purchasing necessary IT equipment Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers for hardware repairs, returns, and warranties Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of all company-owned assets and software licenses Travel to field offices as needed What You’ll Need Minimum of 2 years of previous IT support experience Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast paced environment Working knowledge of relevant software, hardware and other equipment Ability to use remote sessions to assist users Strong communication and customer service skills Why grow your career with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
