Electrical Panel AssemblerEastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electrical Panel Assembler to join a growing manufacturing company in Westborough, MA. The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Job Summary:Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in the Westborough area. The Electrical Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and inspecting electrical control panels and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic electrical assembly experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assemble electrical control panels, enclosures, and subassemblies according to schematics and engineering drawingsPerform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and installation of electrical componentsUse hand and power tools to complete mechanical and electrical assembly tasksRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructionsInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are metMaintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety proceduresAssist with testing and troubleshooting electrical panels as neededRequirements:1+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams preferredExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredBackground check requiredNo drug test requiredEqual Opportunity Employer: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
