We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Erie, PA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Critical care experience is required. You will work within established policies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient respiratory outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as an RRT, critical care experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory modalities.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including day and night rotations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or tertiary care settings.
• Exposure to advanced ventilator management and arterial blood gas interpretation.
• Prior experience in a high-acuity or trauma environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: Any 12-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 6:30am - 7:00pm and 6:30pm - 7:00am.
• Call requirement: none.
• Scrub color: navy blue.
