Our client located in Gardner, MA is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team!Your qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist position are as follows:Minimum 6 years of experience, including talent acquisition for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles; experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/multi-site organization preferredBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including developing talent pipelines, implementing structured interview methodologies, assessing candidates, using external agencies and sourcing tools, and optimizing recruiting strategiesStrong knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and selectionProficient with HRIS or ATSExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsBenefits you will receive as the Human Resources Generalist:Salary commensurate with experience; please include candidate pay requirements when submittingFull-time position with potential for hybrid scheduleTemp-to-hire opportunityFor the Human Resources Generalist position your duties will include:Manage and drive consistency in full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experiencePartner with management to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies that align with broader organizational goalsBuild candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, track recruiting metrics, and maintain relationships with external recruiting stakeholdersSupport onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning effortsMaintain data in HRIS and prepare reportsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentialityOther tasks as assignedDo you have strong talent acquisition experience?
