Position Overview We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the products they want, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and contribute to a positive store environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience Maintain deep knowledge of products, including comics, collectibles, trading cards, and merchandise Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, store recovery, inventory management, and product displays Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Help manage pre-orders, subscriptions, and promotions Monitor store security to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and provide excellent customer service Attend and support in-store events and promotions as needed E-commerce experience is a bonus and may include assisting with online order processing, customer service, and website updates Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of retail or sales experience Minimum 2+ years of merchandising Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation to and from work Open availability including weekends and evening shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for comics, collectibles, or related hobbies a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system Benefits Competitive hourly wage Employee discounts on store products 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of employment Opportunities for growth and professional development Fun and supportive work environment How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
