Job Details Job Location: Glenmont - Glenmont, NY 12077 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.73 - $18.73 Hourly Job Category: Education Position Title: Safety & Security Advisor Hours: 3p-12 Prime shift or 12a-8:30a Overnight Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Alert, dependable, and professional Calm and confident in high-pressure situations Skilled in communication and conflict resolution Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment Benefits At Glenmont Job Corps, safety is at the heart of student success. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. Advanced degrees preferred. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.
