Senior Subrogation Specialist

Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist
LHH is looking for a Senior Subrogation Claims Specialist to join an in-house subrogation team and take the lead on some of our most complex and high-impact claims. This is an onsite role in Oklahoma City (full time).
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage complex subrogation claims, including high-value and total loss cases
- Investigate accidents, liability, and damages to determine recovery opportunities
- Negotiate recoveries directly with insurance carriers and third parties
- Resolve disputes through negotiation, Arbitration Forums, or other resolution methods
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation using claims management systems and industry tools
- Drive recovery performance while balancing strategy, accuracy, and customer impact
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience handling subrogation claims, preferably in an in-house or high-volume environment
- Confidence managing high-dollar, complex cases
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance requirements
