Installer Position at Closet Factory

Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 40 years and have locations across the country. We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of installers at our local facility.

Create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. We will provide a vehicle, primary tools and a full-time schedule. We work on Saturdays to meet our clients schedules as required on occasion. You will be compensated for skill and accuracy and the ability to solve problems and complete the job.

We pay an industry leading commission rate which insures the most efficient and talented installers are financially rewarded. If you are talented you will make an exceptional open ended income!

Specific requirements:

• Experience with basic power tools
• Experience with crown molding and trim
• Knowledge or experience working with 32 millimeter system
• Positive attitude and ready to work alone or with a partner
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction
• Valid drivers license, background check required
