Excel Realty Group in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to assemble tax credit applications and finance new construction affordable housing. You will also oversee asset management for a portfolio of 21 apartment communities, monitoring rents, vacancies, expenses, and operating issues. Additionally, you will participate in pre-construction development as a project manager, coordinate due diligence, permitting, plan development, and approvals, and manage document #J-18808-Ljbffr Excel Realty Group
