Bilingual Social Worker - Outpatient Mental Health (Telehealth)

St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Rockaways, NY, administers a Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) licensed by NYS OMH. We seek a licensed social worker to perform psychosocial evaluations, lead collaborative treatment planning, and deliver individual and group psychotherapy, including telehealth, with attention to dual diagnoses and multilingual care.
