Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)


Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire


We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join a manufacturing team producing pneumatic valves. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pneumatic valve components according to work instructions
• Work closely with a line leader to meet daily production goals
• Test and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Learn and cross-train across multiple workstations
• Use small pneumatic hand tools to complete assembly tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attendance and reliability required
• Must be able to read and write English proficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different workstations

Equipment Used:

• Small pneumatic hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Capability to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks
