Collaborate across clinical disciplines, acting as the primary coordinator to guarantee seamless, well-integrated services and excellent communication for every patient. Monitor and document patient progress, communicating critical status updates immediately to the care team to facilitate timely and informed clinical decisions. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, ensuring the accurate and timely administration of treatments and patient interventions. Facilitate patient transitions by assessing discharge planning needs early and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, smooth return home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
