The Maintenance Technician 2 at Lake Crest is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service. Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision. Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs. Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment. Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
