Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and continuous care for patients of all ages, from children to adults.
• Address chronic conditions, preventative healthcare, acute illnesses, and mental health issues with a dedication to patient-centric service.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.

Education Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active North Carolina medical license.
• Preferred: BLS and ACLS certifications.
