We're looking for a confident, reliable Retail Team Leader to lead stocktaking teams across a variety of retail and commercial sites.

If you're good with people, enjoy taking responsibility and want a varied role where you're not stuck behind a desk, this could be a great next move.

The role

You'll take charge of each shift, supporting your team and making sure every stocktake is completed accurately, efficiently and professionally.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your team on site
• Making sure stocktakes run smoothly and on time
• Monitoring performance and accuracy
• Dealing with customers and resolving any issues
• Completing basic reporting and administration
• Maintaining high standards of service and safety

About you

You'll be organised, dependable and comfortable taking the lead.

You'll need:

• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and people skills
• A hands-on, positive approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working independently
• Flexibility to travel and work different shifts

Previous supervisory experience is useful, but we're just as interested in people with the right attitude and potential to lead.

The hours

This is a 5-day-out-of-7 role of up to 48 hours per week, predominantly evenings and nights. Travel is a big part of the job and occasional overnight stays may be required.
