Requirements Clinic Hours, volume, clinic hours Monday-Thursday 8:3-5 Friday 8:30-12 Each provider has specific OB days. Clinic Schedules range from 15-25 patients per day. Ultrasound in clinic. • Annual deliveries: How many deliveries does the hospital perform per year? On track for 540 • Daily census: What is the average daily patient volume for deliveries/OB? 2 OB per day Hospital is a 116 bed. Level 2 nursery. Infants weighing less than 1,500 grams are transferred to a higher level of care. We do not have a designated pediatric level of care. Call shifts are 24 hours GYN coverage: assignment include emergency GYN surgeries and consults from the ED They will be doing both hospital and clinic at the same time. Looking for Coverage starting sometime in October and throughout the rest of the year. We are looking for a Local/ Drive. Attached is a copy of our Delineation of Privileges for review.
