We’re looking for a dependable, positive person to join our kitchen team.

This position is primarily responsible for  dishwashing, rice preparation, and kitchen support during dinner service , but it’s also an important part of keeping the entire restaurant running smoothly. In our kitchen, every role matters.

We are a small restaurant with a loyal following and a strong reputation for quality. We operate with a close-knit team, which means attitude and teamwork are just as important as technical skills. We can teach someone how to make rice, operate a dish machine, or complete prep tasks. What matters most is how they approach the work and support the people around them.

What You’ll Do

·      Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

·      Prepare rice throughout service

·      Support the cook line as needed

·      Complete nightly closing responsibilities

·      Maintain a clean, organized dish and prep area

·      Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation

·      Help wherever needed to support the team

During dinner shifts, this role is primarily focused on dishes and rice production. On occasional lunch shifts, additional prep tasks may be taught and assigned.

·      Restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Owned and operated by husband and wife team. Wife is the Chef and husband is the General Manager. The restaurant is small but very popular, there are two distinct dining shifts with a 2-hour break in-between and the restaurant closes at 9pm so there are no late nights.
