Estamos buscando Técnicos de Comportamiento (Behavior Technicians - BTs) apasionados que deseen generar un impacto significativo mientras desarrollan su carrera profesional.

Lo Que HarásProporcionar terapia ABA individualizada a niños con autismo.
Implementar planes de intervención conductual personalizados.
Recopilar y registrar datos de las sesiones de terapia.
Colaborar con BCBAs y otros Técnicos de Comportamiento.
Participar en capacitaciones continuas y desarrollo profesional.
Brindar atención compasiva y centrada en la familia.
✔ Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en ABA.
✔ Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o estudios universitarios en curso en una disciplina relevante.
✔ Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios matutinos, vespertinos, después de la escuela, entre semana o fines de semana.
✔ Pasión por ayudar a los niños a alcanzar su máximo potencial.
✔ Candidatos bilingües son altamente valorados. Se prefieren especialmente proveedores que hablen español para apoyar las necesidades de nuestras familias.
