Job Overview Dedicated ATV deliveries with dedicated accounts. Class A drivers with one year of Class A driving experience within the last five years—at least 6 months in the last 24 months—deliver ATVs and earn a base salary of $90,000-$100,000 per year. Compensation & Benefits Sign-on bonus of $6,000 ($2,500 at 6-month and one-year marks) Pay of $.58–$.60 CPM plus a ranger fee of $75 per load and $12 for securement of each ATV Medical, dental, and paid time off start after 30 days 401(k) participation available from day one Pets and riders (age 12+) allowed from day one Responsibilities Set up ramps and unload ATVs at each dealership before returning the ramps to the truck Deliver ATVs during business hours and as needed later in the day Maintain an average of 2,700 miles per week (top drivers) with an average fleet mileage of 2,665 miles per week Work 14–21 days per schedule with 3–4 days off; may take the truck home Qualifications One full year of Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last five years, with at least 6 months of that experience within the last 24 months No more than 4 moving violations in the last three years (and no more than 2 in the last year); no major moving violations in the last three years No major violations such as head-on collision, rear-end collision, rollover, ran off road, fatality, lane-change/side swipe, hit & run, or failure to report or leave the scene of an accident No more than 3 minor at-fault incidents or accidents in the last three years (and no more than 2 in the last year) No failed or refused DOT drug tests No DUI (PMV) in the last ten years and no more than one in a lifetime No felonies in the last ten years; other criminal activity will be reviewed #J-18808-Ljbffr Wick TR
