We are the company for you!Role Summary of a Staffing Assistant:The Staffing Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the branch in their daily recruiting and customer service activities. This position is an excellent opportunity to get started in recruiting and staffing industry!Your Opportunity:Greet walk-in candidates and serve as the first point of contact in the branchReceive and screen visitors and telephone calls and handle general inquiriesAssist with the onboarding process and new-hire orientations to provide support to the customer success teamProvide support to the recruiting team as needed to ensure applicants complete all facets of the application processCoordinate, complete, and scan documents in support of workers compensation claimsProcess and update payroll recordsDocument unemployment terms and details in CRMCreate, process, and file all purchase orders and invoices for the branchOrder supplies based on assessment of needs and budget resourcesOther duties as assignedYour Attributes:2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office environmentExcellent customer service skills, including the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomaticallyAble to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills at all levelsDemonstrable time management and organization skillsPractical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office productsEmploybridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential!
