As a Line Cook in our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing food orders according to our recipes and specifications, while ensuring that all orders are cooked in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation and adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will be an important part of a dedicated team who knows the importance of communication and willingness it takes to create the delicious food that we are known for. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate seamlessly as a vital part of a culinary team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, ensuring flawless operations. Skillfully navigate and contribute to various stations, including saute, grill, salad, appetizers, and fry. Thrive in a bustling high‑volume atmosphere, maintaining exceptional quality and speed. Embrace and maintain kitchen sanitation and safety protocols, fostering a spotless and secure workspace. Rise to meet the physical demands of the role, from lifting and carrying to standing for extended periods. Qualifications: Exhibit a strong aptitude for teamwork, contributing effectively to a collaborative culinary environment. Flourish in a fast‑paced, high‑energy culinary setting, delivering exceptional results. Possess basic awareness of kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines, although prior experience is not mandatory. Physical resilience to meet the demands of the role with ease. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per day.
