Warehouse WorkerJoin our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will assist in the production line, primarily handling plastic lids for a variety of products such as coffee containers and cans. This role involves assisting machines and packing lids into boxes. Expect to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, with plenty of bending but minimal heavy lifting.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all Safety, GMP, and Food Safety requirements, maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.Communicate safety, quality, and equipment issues with appropriate personnel or activate the help board as needed.Monitor stacking and conveyance systems to prevent unnecessary scrap due to jam-ups.Meet scrap management requirements and properly segregate scrap versus regrind.Recycle as much scrap as possible.Interact with QA Technicians and provide information and samples of defective products.Empowerment to 'Hold' products suspected to be defective.Erect cartons and stack boxes of products onto skids as directed or necessary.Assist in labeling corrugates.Read and understand shop orders.Demonstrate good time management skills to accomplish all tasks.If certified, train others in the molding department to maintain OJT trainer position.Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines and processes.Perform other tasks as directed.Essential SkillsBasic warehouse experience is preferred.Good time management skills.Ability to work 12-hour shifts while standing.Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple processes.Why Work Here?We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
