INTL- Data Platform Analyst (Colombia)

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Data Platform Analyst to sit remotely. You will primarily be focused customer/ employee experience management data ecosystem to life through analytics, modeling, and platform optimization. You will bring actionable insights that enables intelligence for the business. Tasks will include:

Data Management & Analytics

• Partner with internal analytics/ data teams to manage experience management data pipelines, integrating new data sources for reporting and advanced analytics.

• Apply advanced analytics (regression, factor analysis, segmentation, clustering, NLP/sentiment analysis) to identify cross-functional drivers of experiences.

• Partner with Data Science teams to build and iterate predictive and prescriptive models to link experience management metrics to business outcomes.

• Coordinate data governance and maintenance routines to ensure high standards of data integrity, comparability, and governance across the global ecosystem.

Visualization & Reporting

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Qualtrics, Power BI, Domo) that deliver insights in real time for a diverse array of stakeholders.

• Build, pilot and automate new analytical processes and reporting to improve speed to insights and evaluate ongoing impact of experience initiatives.

Platform & Tool Optimization

• Partner with external vendors and internal tech teams to enhance experience management analytics platforms.

• Support experience management team to test and activate new data capabilities (e.g., AI insights, text analytics, predictive tools).

• Support integration of experience management data into AI-driven systems and recommendation engines.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years experience in data visualization/ BI reporting/ engineering and analytics

Strong SQL skills, Python preferred

Strong data visualization and reporting skills

Experience with the Qualtrics platform

Well versed in data analytics and insights Python skills

QSR industry experience
