Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. • Maintain a knowledge base regarding sedation/analgesic and anesthetic agents and techniques, physiologic and physiological response to the recovering patient
• Assess, plan, intervention for and evaluate the physical and physiological response to analgesia; able to plan for the risks and the interventions for those risks associated with the administration of sedation, analgesia, and anesthetic agents
• Assesses patient's health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
• Collaborates with other care staff to assure smooth transition for patient throughout the facility using proper hand off techniques
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures

We are offering a $25,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

• Associate Of Nursing Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of two (2) years RN experience
• Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire

Preferred

• PACU RN experience
