Pool Attendant

The Pool Attendant is the face of the outdoor guest experience at The Camby, providing high-energy hospitality in a fast-paced, sunny environment. This role is a unique hybrid of serving and bartending, requiring the ability to manage a section of poolside loungers while preparing cocktails. You will remain attentive to guests throughout their visit, ensuring a premium resort atmosphere while adhering to safety and service standards. This is a seasonal, full-time position (ThursdaySunday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM) with a high potential to transition into a permanent, year-round role within our food and beverage team at the end of the season. Core responsibilities include active service, cocktail preparation, operational excellence, financial integrity, attentiveness, and working under outdoor weather conditions.

Qualifications include a food/beverage service worker permit where applicable, a high school diploma or equivalent, serving experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, fluency in English, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, knowledge of food and beverage service standards, ability to stand for long periods, and meeting the minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
