Whether you’re already an RBT or beginning your career in ABA, you’ll receive guidance from experienced BCBAs, ongoing feedback, and support as you build your skills. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans. Collect session data and complete documentation. Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team. Participate in training and ongoing professional development. Help create a positive, engaging learning environment for each child. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children is preferred. Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes. Strong communication skills and professionalism. Compassionate, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn. Why Ocean Wave ABA?
