About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the delivery of food and nutrition services to educational institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and client retention. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in general management, including full P&L responsibility, and a background in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The VPO will be tasked with managing all facets of the area, from sales and finance to human resources and customer service, and must be adept at developing and executing operational strategies to meet the company's goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role.
