The Director of Marketing, Americas leads the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that drive business growth, brand leadership, customer engagement, and revenue generation across the United States, Mexico, and Chile. This role supports SKIDATA's full portfolio of solutions, including Parking & Mobility, Mountain Destinations, and Sports & Entertainment, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. As the senior marketing leader for the Americas, the Director serves as a strategic business partner to Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Operations, and Global Marketing teams.

Skills/Experience Required:

8-12+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility. Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive measurable business growth. Experience leading regional or international marketing initiatives across multiple markets. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue outcomes. Experience managing marketing investments, budgets, agencies, and external partners. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience operating successfully within a matrixed global organization. Advanced analytical capabilities with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Experience within technology, mobility, transportation, parking, destination management, SaaS, infrastructure, or related industries preferred. Experience supporting both public and private sector customers is highly desirable. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience

Travel: Approximately 25-40% travel throughout the United States, Mexico, Chile, and other Americas markets as business needs require.

Work Environment: This position operates in a hybrid office and remote work environment, requiring a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and collaboration. The role regularly partners with regional and global teams, utilizing both in-person and virtual communication tools to drive business objectives, support cross-functional initiatives, and deliver impactful marketing strategies across the Americas.
