Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion, CPI/MOAB High Risk On-Site Portion Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to work in a stressful environment Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with healthcare team members. Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Ability to work with minimal supervision is necessary. Must be capable of performing in a stressful environment. Uniform is ceil blue scrubs. This department sees a higher volume of behavioral health patients.
